In the 8th year of my body transformation journey. I’ve learned A LOT about how my body works, how to naturally and safely transform my body. I’ve been successful mainly by doing the small things right every day. Following a proven, organized, progress weightlifting program and diet helped a lot too. Here are my Top 5 Tips for Building Muscle
1. Start lifting. Aim to work each muscle group twice a week.
2. Change it up. Try a different rep range or different amount of sets every 12-16 weeks.
3. Include cardio in your regimen. 20 mins post-weight training.
4. Use the @loseitapp to track your food intake.
5. Get your protein in after a workout as soon as possible. This helps jumpstart the recovery process.
